  • Hmmmmmmm well I dropped Mustang on Friday at 5:40 p.m. I sat in lobby for 5-7 minutes and no one came up front. Decided to go out to service bays! Got acknowledged.........5 more minutes later after no one came up front I called the phone # and 2 people darted up front. I got acknowledged FINALLY! Look I get it....it's Friday but really??! Fast forward to Monday and they were communicative about problems but couldn't find SPECIFIC problem I informed them of. They give me an estimate .....wait for it......$1200 for front struts and mounts. Picked up paper copy of estimate and shopped around!!! Wait for it......got quoted $650 for same job from 7 equally qualified and Yelp'd repair shops in area and afar????!!!Then I get email saying "they can rewrite" estimate????? Wait a minute.....really? Please... you tried to f*ck me in my sphincter AND kiss me in my mouth after I question wtf was going on???? NO THANK you! All I can ask is WHY try to f*ck me??? Granted the people were pleasant but pricing was wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy offf!!!! By double?! Why? I don't waste people's time and I appreciate when mine is valued as well!! Just because a woman drops off car doesn't mean she's STUPID! I know plenty of car people but didn't want to bother them!!! Glad I did after this conundrum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
