Cain's is okay, but I probably won't be back unless I'm with others who insist. The prices are absolutely absurd for the kind of establishment this is. I wouldn't be happy to pay $10 for a cheese sticks appetizer at an upscale place, but to do it at a divey bar/restaurant? YIKES. Huge turn off and I am kind of still in shock at how much their cheap food costs and definitely knocked off a star because of this. Not a single appetizer is under $10, let alone the prices of the actual meals. I'll be heading down the road to the many places on Washington next time for similar fare and at least one place that has a similar atmosphere at much more reasonable prices.
Plus, Cain's is LOUD. Too loud.
My food was ok. The loaded pulled pork nachos were delicious, but again, overpriced at $13.00. My steak wrap had very good steak, but not enough of it to actually fill the wrap. Probably about 1/3-1/2 of the wrap was just lettuce and cheese. The onion rings were good, though, and a generous portion. My friend's salmon wrap did not suffer the same problem as mine, and was chock full of fish.
I guess go if you want to overpay like crazy for American style fare you can find basically anywhere?
