So Walker called me and came to exchange my recliner for a new one. Apparently the sides of the chair were sewn on and not attached that is why they were coming apart. When they came to pick up the recliner they did not bring me a new one. I was told to call the store to find out when I can get a new one. I found out from another sales rep that they will not have one until mid February. So my husband has nothing to sit on and I am stuck paying for a piece of furniture that I can not use for 2 months. I'm still very unhappy. Waiting for a call back from Walker. I will never shop here again!!!
