  • I have never grabbed a cart and not had a sticking or bad wheel. One of them humped so badly, I couldn't push it. I told the 'greeter' it had a problem and asked where I should put it, thinking they have it repaired. Nope! She told me to put it back with the others. What a stinking thing to do to your customers!
