  • I've frequented Boca Park since moving to Vegas almost 4 years ago, but never realized this salon existed in the area between REI and Total Wine & More. I've been getting my haircut in the Bay Area, even while being a Vegas local. I just never got comfortable enough at the idea of someone else cutting my curly hair and thought I'd look like Sideshow Bob if I got my hair cut somewhere else. As luck would have it, while seeing my aesthetician, one of her employees had beautiful curly hair that was healthy, well-managed, and beautifully colored. I quickly made sure to nab the name of her stylist, the talented Michelle Troy, and found out she worked at both Mosaic locations. I made an appointment with Michelle and trusted her completely with the cut and color of my hair and have been incredibly happy with the result. I've gotten so many compliments after seeing her! My husband has even started seeing her too and he's so much happier with his hair now that he has grown out of his Sports Clips phase. She really is great with all types of hair! She specializes in hair painting - check out her IG page! I also really enjoy the feel of the salon - the high, lofted ceilings, the welcoming environment, their retail displays. It has a very high-end feel, without the inflated pricing. There's a large variety of stylists here and although I can only speak to MIchelle's work, I can see during my appointments that generally everyone leaves happy. The greeter/receptionist that is normally in the front is also such a sweetheart and helped me decide on which dry shampoo to purchase. More points for hot tea, coffee, and water available, clean bathrooms, and very clean work spaces.
