  • I have been here several times with mostly good experiences. On this visit, the food was good, but the service was the worst I had in a very long time anywhere. The server came around to take the order, and that was it. The food runner brought out the food. The server did not check on us to see if everything was ok, no drink refills, not even a look in our direction. We had to ask another employee for the check. Once she brought it, she did not come back around to pick it up. We did see her scurrying between her other tables, so I'm not sure it was all her fault. That leads me to believe that either they were short staffed or there are inefficiencies in they way they handle the tables. It is quite possible that management is at least partially to blame, but as a server, there are basics that must be done no matter what. On the small bright side, for the 10 seconds we saw her, she did seem friendly. It is really a shame that something as simple as service can ruin what would have been a nice meal. There are too many other places to go to put up with this lack of service.
