  • My 2 stars go to the front desk staff named Terry Nye a " Shift supervisor" who knowing and seeing I am pregnant (8 months), denied use of the restroom at the store. I told her I was interested in shopping but needed to quickly use the restroom first. Despite my medical circumstances, she refused to let me use the restroom there that was available. CVS at this store lost my money (as I could not shop with a full bladder) and my sentiment goes out to the employees who have to deal with such a "team player" of a manager who can't differentiate between " I am using the restroom because I am pregnant and urinate every 15 minutes" v. "I am going to graffiti the restroom and shoot up" I will be calling corporate on this incident.
