  • Ok, so let me tell you about my experience there. On Halloween 10/31/13 I dropped off 2 leather jackets to be cleaned for me leaving for my trip to Arkansas on 11/22. Plenty of time right? WRONG! Ok, so I was told if I drop off my jackets on Thursday then they would be ready the next Thursday. I called the following Friday, and they weren't ready. No biggie. Called Tuesday, oh well we missed the Thursday run so they haven't been sent out yet, but they will be ready next Thursday. Ok, great, still not a big problem. 11/20, Wednesday. I get a call, oh, we need you to sign a release that you want the jackets cleaned... Um, well if I didn't want them cleaned then why would I have brought them to the cleaners to be cleaned!!!!???? And hold on, they have been there for 3 weeks and haven't been cleaned yet?!!?!? I need them in 2 days!!!! Oh well we sent them last week and they got sent back because we forgot to have you sign a release so we need a verbal consent over the phone stating that you want them cleaned and we can get them to you next Friday. I was so upset, I just yelled at her and told her I would come and get them. Why the heck did it take 3 weeks, and why the heck wasn't I called last week when they were sent back so I could at least make other arrangements to have them cleaned???? HORRIBLE!!!!! I am sure they do fine for regular cleaning, but if you need leather jackets cleaned, then I suggest you save your $45 per jacket and a month wait and have them cleaned somewhere else!!!!!!
