  • Excellent! I needed a mortgage for a loan and Ralph and his team took care of the whole process! This is my first mortgage and I thought it was just a simple credit check and income verification. Heck no! There are a lot of other factors that come into place (especially because of all the scumbags in 2003-2008 who messed it up for genuinely good people in the present). Long story short if you need a mortgage, want someone you can trust to do all the paper work diligently, and not gonna have any surprises at the closing, this team is for you. TIP: 1. Always try to raise your credit score for great rates. 2. Ask Ralph for other services you may need like Home Owner Insurance.
