  • I love staying at Marriott hotels, but I must say I was unpleasantly surprised to check in tonight here in Phoenix after midnight (because of a flight delay) to find the A/C going full blast in my room and the temperature registering at 63 degrees! I am sleeping in my coat tonight. Also a bummer that there is no tub in this room. However, the man at the front desk is very nice!
