  • I would never think to review a grocery store, but I can't tell you how much I love this Smith's location. They are the nicest staff. Like, genuinely kind, and I mean everyone-the bakery, the florist (who often gives my little kids balloons), the produce department (free fruit for kids while shopping!), and even the butcher area. The lady that works there knows our NAMES! It's incredible. Even my inlaws/out of state friends visiting have commented on this. I love shopping here because it just feels like home! THIS is customer service. I wish every place made my family and I feel this welcome.
