  • I've been meaning to get some jewelry at Cartier and was going to wait till I got home to go to the local store but the service here was so amazing I just ended up purchasing it on the spot. The saleslady who helped me was Chin Li Kuok, she was SUPER nice and helpful. I tried on a few pieces and she gave me her honest opinion. I explained to her what I liked and she really understood and didn't push other items on me. I also had some concerns for maintenance and she suggested lots of tips and great ideas on how to keep my jewelry safe. She also gave me tons of accessories to go with it. I think she is actually from the Wynn Cartier location so I'll definitely be following her over. I wouldn't work with anyone else at this point. I've been to my local location and the saleslady there was terrible, she was stuck up and not helpful at all, probably a little judgmental too. Chin Li was not at all like that, she was very pleasant so I'll be skipping my local store and make sure I see her instead.
