  • The prices are not that great but what is more flooring is the customer service. I went in yesterday to get something, the only guy at the counter was Jay. He wasn't helping a customer but he was signing a residential lease agreement on company time. When I confronted him about it in front of his manager he tried to lie about it saying well that was my uncle. Then I said wait you were signing a residential lease agreement, do you want the picture of the video. The store manager was not pleasant and didn't say sorry or anything, I asked for his manager and he gave me an 800-572-3577 number I asked for his managers name he at first wouldn't provide it. I found out that it was Andy Maculanlan, by deduction I figured out what Andy's eMail address would be sent him an eMail and he hasn't responded. This just shows how low they care about their customers. I will not return. Cheers, Allen
