  • Came into the store to buy my wife several products for Mother's Day. The sales associate said that if I spend more than $50 that I would get a Mother's Day promotional gift. She proceeded to show me a card of the promotion that included (4) small items that were professionally bottled. The associate went around the store to find the trial products and used a stick to fill her own tiny containers and then used a sharpie marker to identify each of the products. The promotional items where NOT what I expected from Aveda. Very disappointed. I'm not giving the promotional items to my wife for Mother's Day.
