I didn't complete my transaction until after business hours. So, when I arrived home, I realized I was given the wrong iPhone color. I contacted the store, the next day after calling another location and was informed there was a $45 restocking fee!?! What? I was GIVEN the wrong color. When contacting this location, Yameen, who claims to be a manager, was not helpful. Instead, she insistent that she was personally there throughout my transaction and I "verified" the color I received. I wasn't aware of her existence until after I was halfway through the process. If I had known she was there, I would have questioned why she did not assist me considering if was after regular business hours. When I spoke to her on the phone, Yameen said she is the manager and the associated work off of commission. That is the reason for not approaching me to reassure me I'll will be assisted? I also believe it's in poor taste to share "commission" with a customer. Am I only worth what I purchase?
I refuse to pay $45 for a restocking fee and have 13 more days to reconsider changing carriers after 6 years with this provider. I'm not one to complain. What is right is right and what is wrong is wrong, there is a lack of "customer service" at this location- particularly Yameen is my issue. I do not appreciate someone that, first off lies, and second, someone that is rude and so forceful. The situation was too much for her to handle, I was passed off to the store manager? And phone number? That's what my business for 6 years is worth? Wow!!
