  • Normally I wouldn't post but the service provided in this case easily warranted. We have now stood and waited for more than a half hour for the shuttle to the Excalibur without and signs of a shuttle arriving to pick us up. Several shuttles came for the other stops in the mean time. The service encountered at the hotel booth was horrible as we were ignored for an extended time before being acknowledged. Do your best to avoid this shuttle company at all costs.
