  • The bus driver spent half an hour to operate the dvd player and all the other tour buses left already. The AC broke down in the middle of our trip and we were all sweating. Then the bus broke down on our way back. We have to wait in a desert area in Arizona for 3 hours for another bus driver to come pick us up. The bus driver didn't want to drive us back to our hotel but dropped us off at another hotel that was close to us at 3AM in the morning. We have another tour with them the next day and got less than 1 hour of sleep. They totally ruined our vacation! This tour company is horrible. And I called to complain and said there's nothing they can do about these issues! DO NOT BOOK ANY TOURS FROM THEM! IT WILL RUIN YOUR VACATION!!!
