  • This place is the bomb! Most importantly the lady behind the counter not just 'let' me but really wanted me to try almost every single flavor. Which is of course what I've always wanted to do at every ice cream place but feel that there is some sort of limitation. Also loved that they had vegan ice cream because the bf is lactose intolerant and since the vegan is made with coconut milk he can have it (they also have sorbets for the lactose intolerant). And it's not just that they have it, it was some of the best tasting ice cream I've had ever. And I never would have known they didn't use cow's milk. I ended up with some Brown Butter with Lavender Brittle which was delicious. I tried all sorts of things, some were very good, and some were very strange, not bad though. Gotta give them props for taking some risks. Then when I requested a to-go container they don't have any but the girl made me a make-shift one by taping two bowls together inverted and it worked just fine. She also made sure to put some little chocolate swirly thingies on top which were tasty and pretty. So to sum up, I loved the taste of the ice creams and the service here was what really earned the five stars.
