  • If you're considering bringing your vehicle here for service I highly recommend against it. We needed maintenance on our daughters Chevy. We used to go to power Chevrolet at arrowhead but since moving to surprise we went here to save the extra drive. First we got a diagnostic report which was $50 more than what we're used to at power. The repair costs that came back were outrageous and that was after the $200 "discount" they were adding. We decided to price around and compare only to find out the price we were quoted was $800-$1,000 more than other mechanics. I called back to Sands because the diagnostic report I overpaid for didn't even have all the info that typically shows on the report including a repair I was told was needed. I was told they thought they put it on the report. When they found out I was price shopping they told me I was going to certainly find the repair cost cheaper and that they would price match. Why not just give me a good price to start with? We will never use this dealer again. They overprice, under deliver and add things that don't need repairing. We really like Max Automotive in Surprise if you're looking for a good, honest and fair priced mechanic in the surprise area.
