  • Working in construction will lead you all over the country looking for another place to live for a year or more. I got a recommendation for the Belmont from a co-worker who had spent three days in Las Vegas looking for a place to live with his family. He said by far The Belmont was nicer, cleaner, and had better grounds than any other complex he had seen. I called right away. I have been here for a year. I enjoy and get along with the office staff; they are always pleasant and quick to respond to any question or problem. The maintenance staff as well! I called on a Sunday evening as I could see a drip coming from the access panel in the bathroom ceiling - the guys were there in 10 minutes! They found the problem, fixed it, cleaned up and were gone within an hour! I am so happy I came! Of course, there are neighbor inconsistencies shall we say, but if there is something that can be done by management, they are happy to step up. The grounds are well kept, I have not seen any doggy droppings around, and I have seen dogs, all friendly.
