  • It was Christmas Eve at Noon. I was rushing to get all of my last minute things done. When I realized I hadn't picked up my pies. I went to another store and they were CLOSED! I raced to Piefection. I told the nice Lady in the front I had no pie! This is hard for me as I have celiac and can't eat just any pie. Cheryl the owner came out and asked me to come back right before closing. If she had a gluten free pie she would sell it to me. I came back right before closing, I was presented with a beautiful gluten free pie!!! They had made one just for me!! I was so happy, Cheryl and her team saved my Christmas with their gorgeous pie. Some companies go above and beyond, but this was far more. I appreciate they care about their customers and their special dietary needs. Thanks to everyone at Piefection!! My chocolate gluten free cream pie was more than I could've imagined. It tasted amazing!
