  • Casino is clean. Average selection of machines. Casino staff is fair..a few bad apples. However, the player rewards are horrible, Rewards staff is absolutely ridiculous and rude! Save your $$$ and play elsewhere for much better service...almost anywhere. Several calls to Players Rewards management, left messages on several occasions. No return calls. Obviously they care nothing about their customers.
