rev:text	If I can give them 0 stars I would. Jasmine Salguero, is the poor example of a Public Relations Manager for Tire Works. Mark is also a poor example of a manager at the Tire Works store. My nightmare began in November 2016, when my continental commercial tires on my truck began to lose chunks of tread on them about 6 inches long and two inches wide, when the tires are virtually brand new. I took the tire to the location listed above in which they stated the tire had to be sent back to the manufacturer where they would deem wether it can be covered under warranty or not. Fast forward for May 2017, where another one of my tires is coming apart. Mind you I still have not heard anything back about the original tire that had the same problem. Mark the "manager" informed me that they just received the tire back and the manufacturer said that it is not covered under warranty. I informed him that I am having the same issue with another tire, he informed me that the same steps will be taken with this tire. I did not feel that his response was appropriate. I contacted Continental whom informed me Tire Works is not an authorized commercial dealer. Continental never received the tire back to be looked at for the warranty. I have also been dealing with Jasmine Salguero who was the most disrespectful condescending women I have ever dealt with in my entire life. She will accuse you of scamming, she will accuse you of saying things when you did not, she will hang up on you, she will state that she does not have to deal with you, that she is doing you a "favor", she will not let you speak to her boss. Clearly this lady needs a reality check, she is in the customer service industry, and us customers is what pays her at the end of the day. Tire Works needs to clearly look into what a Public Relations Manager is, and hire someone that knows how to do the job, and not belittle the customers. I will never do business with this fraudulent joke of a company again, I will never send any friends or colleagues to this nightmare either. If you are looking for a tire place, or a car repair place you are better off taking your car elsewhere than dealing with these rude condescending disrespectful people.
