24-hours!!!
This tiny little Rabba is great for a few little things when you're strolling along Queens Quay. They have a very odd selection of certain items which actually can be very handy if you're trying to make a Thai soup at 3am and forgot you need some coconut cream or a big-ol' tub of palm oil.
The selection if ice-cream and frozen treats is decent but pricey. They are of course taking advantage of the condo dwellers in the immediate vicinity since a great deal of them are transportation-ally-challenged urbanites who either can't do the bi-weekly stockup at a big-box store or are to challenged in the cullinary arts to consider that sort of venture.
They do have a reasonable price for whole roasted chickens which are much better (and cheaper) than the Swiss-Chalet right next door. They don't have that dipping sauce, but if you aren't a fan or can tell the tang is just a hit of Worcestershire sauce with a few other spices with some chicken stock and thickener, then you're way better off grabbing the bird here with the fries. (WAY less than half the price and way less packaging than dinner @ SC)
I've never had a falafel here, but the look good as well as the tabbouleh and other falafel fixin's. I'm sure I'll try one eventually.
Sadly for this business a larger Sobeys moved in a block closer to my humble abode.
