  • I'm an online student at GCU. Let me tell you this place goes above and beyond with their customer service. I received my bachelor's and master's degree at ASU and ASU has absolutely nothing on GCUs customer service. When you go to school here you actually have one point of contact and their direct phone number and they call you back every time. You don't have to wait a week to speak with your advisor you can just give them a call! Not only that they walk you through the application process every step of the way. Same with financial aid. This place really makes you feel like you're not just a number maybe it's because it's a Christian School I don't know but I absolutely love it and I'm so happy that I'm pursuing another master's degree here. Go lopes!
