  • Absolutely garbage. My mortgage was sold to them 2 years ago and since then I seriously wonder if this place is even a legitimate business. Note to anyone that has to deal with their terrible customer service: they DO NOT give real names or agent numbers. If you can not handle any issue with them after one call immediately report it to the Better Business Bureau. If it a VA home loan like mine, contact your VA representative as well to notify them about what is going on. This is honestly the ONLY way to get this company to do anything without screwing you over. My home started to go through the foreclosure process on an error they made. This company should NOT be allowed to service Veteran's home loans, PERIOD. I have contacted my congressman to suggest that they be disqualified from servicing VA home loans.
