  • Boba is a must during travel. Finding the best is always tough when going to a new city. Everyone's preference and standards are different. Presotea seemed like an excellent option. Looks quite authentic and well presented. The customer service here is outstanding. Nothing wrong with that. The people were very nice and efficient and helpful in deciding. We came here after a large dinner and I decided to share a drink with my SO. We got the okinawa milk tea with boba. It was recommended by the worker, saying it's pretty popular. The drink tasted watered down, despite getting regular sugar. No much flavor and taste. The boba itself wasn't okay.. it's not as chewy as some other places nor did it have much taste. There's not many boba options in Calgary, so this may be the best available. If you've had boba in California, it's hard to like this place. Customer service was top notch though.
