| - I give this 5 star ONLY for Omar Bradley, the only hard-working employee in this The Home Depot. Also, The Home Depot gets 1 star here for their unprofessional dealing with delivering and customer service over all of the other employees, except Omar. We have been spending thousands of dollars in this Home Depot for two weeks. Yesterday, we were supposed to receive a call during the evening to. We went directly to Home Depot store to check for the delivering status and all the other employees just kept passing back and forth, too lazy to bother to help. Only Omar sincerely helped us to talk to the manager, who did not even come out to help, so my family and Omar waited at the Customer Service for about 30 minutes. Finally, 10 minutes after the store closed, Paul came up after passing by many times and saw us persistently standing there, guess he needed us to get out quick to go home. Of course, we did not get the delivering time so Paul said that he would put a note on the door of the delivering team and put another note in the computer to call us as 6AM on Friday (the day that they have to deliver the items - LG Washer/Dryer, power cord, hose, all paid in full - to us). Omar, the nicest employee I have ever seen, gave us HIS phone number in case they did not call us so he could call the manager himself because he said if Home Depot did not bother to call us Thursday, they would break the promise and not call on Friday, July 4 (this is true). We do not want Omar to get in trouble because of his kindness for helping us to the end. I called The Home Depot (the delivering service and the store) and apparently, they did not have the delivering for us? We waited for week! I want to give Omar our wholehearted compliment and disgrace for the other employees: Jeff and Josh, who did not even bother show up, Paul helped at the end but he walked by us many times when we asked and no help before that.
