  • Food is excellent if you can get it. We had a table of 7, and 6 received their meals within a reasonable amount of time, except me of course! Not one word was said to me, so we put an unhappy face on Mr Egg, but I still had to flag down our waitress, which took at least 5 minutes. She seemed pretty annoyed when I asked where my food was. She said "we can only put 4 orders on one ticket, so yours will take longer". Hmm so why did 6 orders came out??? Finally, someone else came out because of the unhappy face on Mr Egg, and asked what she could do. I said everyone is almost done with their breakfast and I don't have mine. She went to check, making sure that we put the happy face back on Mr. Egg.. A few minutes later, our waitress came back and said that they were still baking the biscuits, and promised that she was watching for my order. Hmm, by then 3 people at my table had finished their breakfast. After another 5 minutes everyone was done eating , Finally a different person brought my order, with the explanation "they poached the eggs, so they had to remake it with my cooked eggs". Ok which one of you clucks the truth? So I got to eat while 6 people at my table watched me, so needless to say I ate pretty fast and didn't get to enjoy the egg-cellent food. I'm pretty easy going when it comes to food orders, as normally we all do our best, But by the time I got my food and had to listen to 3 different reasons, I really did expect for them to take my meal (and only my meal) off of the bill. Was that too much to ask? Well I left with egg on my face, no discount...not even an apology. All I got was a "there now you have your breakfast, you are all set". Really??? No we won't be going back to that location.
