  • Received an estimate to clean the tile (best price we've found) and made the appt. I was at work when they were cleaning and my husband was upstairs trying to stay out of their way. I came home walked through the clean kitchen tile only to step on my wood laminate and have water gush out. They had just left and my husband said he had to get a towel to sop up water that ran down into the living room. I called and the Dad (owner/manager) said his son is very experienced and he's worked with wood laminate before and sent him back to our house. The son (super nice and very respectful) agreed that a lot of water got under the floor boards. And that was it. There was no apology, no refund, nothing. Now a week later my floors have warped and the wood underneath is deteriorating and brown water is seeping out now. Must replace the boards now.
