  • Best butcher shop in Vegas. Selection is tremendous - I go there specifically for cuts and meats that I have a very hard time finding elsewhere - lower calorie red meats and exotic stuff. Things I've bought there - nice plump duck breasts, elk, venison, ostrich, bison, wild boar, quail, alligator, I'm sure I'm forgetting some. Nice little mini-grocery too and a very nice wine selection as well. The service is ALWAYS friendly when I go in there, people behind the counter are a help and pleasant to deal with. I usually stop in once a week to reload.
