  • Today I see that the screen on my storm door has come loose, so I call Lowes again to see how to go about having this fixed since I purchased from Lowes and had a Lowes installation person install my door. I get Tiffany on the line and she's all about telling me what she CAN'T do, what she CAN'T see in her system (because I made the purchase "in store"... ok?) and how she CAN'T help me. Awesome customer service there Lowes... NOT!! GGRRRRRR. Just another reason for me to HATE Lowes and avoid them and their products! Notice how I started with 3 stars and have now ground down to 1... way to go!
