  • I recall being at Ultra several years ago, but for the life of me I can't recall why. Apparently it wasn't overly memorable. Not like the Bamboo, that stood in it's place back in the day. It was a great place to go after work and to this day I recall the food with pleasure. That being said fate had me back recently for dinner. It wasn't anything to write home about. There were inconsistencies in the food from plate to plate, the flavor was meh..., and certain flavours were heavy handed. A pass for me.
