5 star on location
4 star on customer service....the non managers and 20-35 year old employees aren't nice and have poor attitudes.
3 star on NO relationship, love cards in the store. A month ago I walked in looking for a card to give to my gf from high school, where as we're in a relationship and this is a LTR. I searched then asked the 30 year old employee where those cards are.
She said almost per word..."We don't carry those anymore they aren't popular." Hmmmm...my gf has given me three.
I asked, well why? She told me people now send cards via the internet. "You should try that."
I thought...she must think I've been sleeping in a cave.
Anyhow....it's ONLY your store and YOUR unhappy employees who taint your brand.
I did look at Target, Smiths and Walmart (dangerous risky to shop) for those cards. Same thing. But I bought some in California and stocked up at a Hallmark store at Stoneridge mall Hallmark store last month.
Lesson for managers and store owners...you'll never be able to replace social interaction and the kindness of giving a card to family, friends and loved ones.
