  • Called Saturday morning to see if they had any open appointments slots, they did not but did offer to put me on their cancellation list. They called me back about an hour later to say they had an opening a little by later in the day. I arrived at the Cha Cha right on time and was greeted by my stylist, Carey. She did a short consult with me and understood exactly what I wanted. She did an excellent job washing my hair and styling it. We had a great conversation and she was able to give me some suggestions on the area since I am new to Madison. Very happy with the end result!
