  • I've been going here for a while now and probably spend 500 to 600 a month here. Been getting concentrates and at first they were great. They just recently changed how they make the cartridges. I went in this week to get my normal prescription and the guy told me they don't have the 600ml anymore, they just have the 300ml. I asked why and he said "they were leaking bad". I said "oh okay well I'll take what I can get then, give me the 300". I went camping about 3 hours away and had no way to get anymore medicine, which is why I bought so much. When i get to the point of medicating I noticed that 6 out of the 8 cartridges I bought leaked. Some had nothing left in them and a couple had maybe half. I made it through the weekend and had 2 left over that were obviously leaking. I come back and take the 2 cartridges in and spoke with a manager. He was a skinny little white guy with a boy beared. He initially was gonna give me a replacement for the 2 I brought in. I was like ok cool but the others all leaked too and I was being honest and said I had to use even the little that was in there to medicate. I didn't see a point in bringing in completely empty cartridges as there was no way to show they leaked sense I smoked what was left in them. I asked him to meet in the middle and give me at least 2 more to make it half. That means I maybe can actually get what I paid for, nothing more nothing less. He told me I should be lucky he's even giving me those 2. Mind you everyone in the store knew about the possible leaks. Even a customer there said it happened to her too. He was being a, well you know, a smart a$$. He said get out. I then said "give me back the 2 cartridges I gave you" he initially said "no get out" I said there my prescription and he finnaly gave them back and kicked me out. I did lose my cool because he's a passive aggressive little man and cared nothing about having crappy prescription cartridges that they were STILL selling STILL! One other thing he said that set me off. He actually said to me "well the guy warned you about the leak didn't he?" Wow, um no he didn't smart one. He TOLD me about the 600ml leaking never did he say "yeah these might leak too so it's taking a chance". Can I have your 180 bucks now? Come on man. All I wanted was what I paid for. My medicine. They are selling crappy leaking concentrates so don't buy them and if you do, take them back and hope you don't talk with the little skinny boy manager. Go to another place for oils at the very least. Lol, he also told me that I can't come back and that he was putting a Note in his system. Are you serious man? I would never go back their you smart one. Wow and he was the fastest swimmer. Lol, just stay away
