| - Although the location and room were decent, I'm amazed by the poor service and quality of the management, Completely unprofessional &condescending.
- I attempt to locate the meal menu- as I was informed by the front desk as I returned to the hotel, that food is available but you must come down and pick it up...I was not able to locate any menu in the room -& call down to see if there was a specified location in the room- the gentleman who answered the front desk- : ma'am the menu should be next to the couch on the table, .... there is only emergency guides sir & I would like to place an order sir- as my fiancé is not feeling good - he says- ma'am I can't help you- you will have to walk down to get one from the front desk--- I'm sorry ,- I can't do that at this time, does your rooms normally have them? If you can help place the order- Ma'am you don't need to sound bitter- we are short and have no personal to send one up - ummmm, can I speak to a manager? You don't need to be rude, the issue is that there is no menu - & there should be one, 2, I'm tending to a sick person, or wouldn't be ordering room service on a Saturday night!! And I'm not bitter, I'm asking the "FRONT DESK" for assistance. But not a problem- can I speak to your manager- I'm the manager Rick... ok. Well as a manager - you might want to pick your words wisely- because I hope your corporate is bitter with your quality and professional service. Can I get the name of your general manager? Janet .. and your district- I don't know. ... with all this- the bigger issue was his mannerism & more so that he was in a position of leadership- with such a simple request- having to the correct time & explanation can make it so much less of a issue. #management #hyatt #pleaseTrainYourManagent #publicservic101 1 star because I had no choice -
