  • None of the good doctors stay at this practice. It's hard to see the same doctor or PA more than twice. Noone returns phone calls especially the refill line! The office staff is miserable and could care less. On a positive note, the phlebotomist, I believe her name is Tamika, is actually excellent at her job! Her colleague Joseph needs more training and is nowhere near her level! Also, PA Wendy Martinez is caring and great at her job but if you have to see someone else there then it will probably not be a good experience. Update: staying far away from this deplorable 'practice'! P.A. Joe Eafrate was beyond rude, yelling at me the patient, refused to answer any questions as he was yelling and being combative and rushing me out of the office. He said he doesn't have time to answer my questions, said I need to see someone else for that and he is very busy and the only one there. He's right -I will be seeing someone else - a different practice!!
