Brought in a 2009 Honda CRV with what seemed to be a disintegrating brake caliper The car made an ungodly sound while in motion. We're a one-car family and work together in the West Valley, so we sucked it up, driving slowly through the work week. I assumed the caliper was falling apart and would need both that and a new rotor.
Brought it in early Saturday morning, wondering how our meager teacher-salaries would be impacted. They called a couple hours later and said a dust cover near the rotor had been dented in enough to cause contact with the rotor, presumably by road debris. They inspected all the brakes, corrected the dent, and charged us NOTHING. Zero dollars. Zero cents.
These guys have made customers for life.
