  • I am editing my review only to say gem optical was extremely helpful when i spoke to the owner , there are two doctors that work here do not see Dr.Moore she is a quack , she wrote the prescription for discontinued contacts ,then wrote the script out a complete mess so costco couldn't read , then costco notified her that she wrote the wrong curvature on my contacts . Now I'm still waiting for a prescription that I paid cash for this service , this Dr. Told the manager at costco she will get to this prescription to them when she feels like it,due to me asking for it so many times . really ??? I've only asked for what I paid for this woman screwed up these scripts herself . Beware of this doctor she should be revaluated by the board and I will file a complaint there . You should never treat customers like it's they're fault when you Cleary droped the ball .
