  • My wife has been here a few times but stated she'll never be going back again. First off, they sent out a piece of mail with a coupon for this location. My wife tried to go, only to be told they were doing renovations for some extended amount of time and they could use the coupon at another of their locations. I recall there being some issue with trying to use it at the other location, although at the end it did work out OK. Another time she went as a walk-in with her friend and asked if they could get them in for some pedicures. They were told it would be 15 minutes. After 25 minutes they came back and said it would then be an additional hour wait! Finally, the straw that broke the camel's back was today. She made an appointment for 1 PM, arrived about 10 minutes early, and was told she did not have an appointment. Fuck everything about this place.
