I hate to be that guy...I do...but man, you know you're in trouble when their staff can't answer a simple question via email. I emailed to find out what the options were as a beginner. Despite their website listing a beginner's workshop and a yoga for stiff guys workshop, the only option provided via email was private lessons where I was very helpfully told that two private lessons would run me $50 each or $100 in total (because apparantely I haven't gone to grade 1 yet and can't add 50 + 50 on my own). I went back for more details and this time got vague generalities about when the beginners session might start (mid to late September - because that's just super helpful in the middle of August) and again told that "Private sessions are the best options if you want the most benefits". Poor grammar aside, what increased benefits? I guess I'd have to email a third time to find that out. I was then told that my very specific need (relaxation/stress relief) is ideal for every single class they offer. Right. Needless to say, I am unimpressed. If they can't bother to give a crap about a potential customer I can't be bothered even paying them a visit.
EDIT - Not that it matters but it is SUPER funny to me that after seeing the response from the owner that this craptastic business has gone out of business. I guess having terrible customer service really is a problem. Who'd a thunk it? LOL
