  • First let me start off with saying I have been seen 4 times by this office. I was a new patient and waited 3 months to see Dr Rudgear. Once I arrived I was treated extremely nice . Within a few minutes to checkin and give co-pay I was taken back to a room. I must say Yuri is the sweetest! She goes over your blood pressure, current meds and asks if there is any paperwork you will need before leaving the office... Once the Dr came in very sweet pleasant and seemed very caring she spent a lot of time going over my history with me. I was very comfortable never felt rushed and got all my answers to the many questions I had. She saw a red flag from my previous ultrasound and suggested that I come in and have another one done to be safe. Her office has a tech that just does this procedure and then you come back in a week. They had to cancel my appointment due to dr's Scheduling and at first insisted I can only be seen by a PA . I wasn't happy but within 30 minutes I received a phone call with an appointment with the dr.. She felt I needed to come back the next day to have fine needle biopsy's . I was extremely nervous as I had this done several years ago at my old dr and it was not a pleasant experience.. This was not the case. Once again Yuri explained the procedure and actually put numbing cream on my neck . Once the Dr came in she explained and counted and breathed with me as she did the test. I was very impressed with her bed side manner and she never made me feel nervous once. I waited two weeks this time saw a PA which at first I really did not want to do but was assured that the dr goes over every bit of my history before being seen.. Yesterday I was seen for results thank god all is negative and the PA was very sweet. I will see the dr again in April and if you only want to be seen by her be prepared for a long wait. All I can say as a new patient with all I needed done I was very impressed and happy with my choice to finally change dr's and see dr Rudgear.
