The Worst! I wish that I had read these reviews before selecting them as a registry for our wedding. The woman in charge of registries, Bonnie Sogel (coincidentally one of the owners) has not returned any one of my 3 calls or emails inquiring why after 3 months wedding gifts have not been received. The other individuals answering the phone have been perfectly lovely, however, it is a bad sign that one of the owners gives the WORST customer service that I have ever experienced from an online store. Vote with your feet and shop elsewhere.
Update. Now after one complaint with better business bureau (unanswered of course), no merchandise or refunds. Attorney, anyone. Makes me think they're on their way out of business.
