A concerned Grandma
We are concerned with every injury that occurs in our facility, no matter the severity.
With hundreds of children attending our facility every week, wear and tear on our vinyl slide covers occurs. Unfortunately, it does take some time for our repair company to make it to the store, so we cover any rips to prevent injury. I can assure you that all repairs are attended to in a timely manner.
We do have cleaning procedures for any blood related injuries that occur in and around our attractions. The friction burns that are being referenced do not generally bleed and leave no blood on our equipment. Regardless, we sanitize all of our inflatables each day.
Once again, thank you for celebrating with us! We hope to see you back in the store soon. You obviously don't seem very concerned, your equipment is torn taped with duck tape and torn again thats what we got hurt on. This is rediculous children of all ages are sliding on these leaving blood may I add, I left mine I know...health concern big time
Thank you for choosing to celebrate your grandson's birthday party with us! I appreciate you informing us, but these sorts of burns are very common when playing and sliding on vinyl. For future visits, wearing socks and longer apparel will help prevent these sorts of burns. I hope you and your grandson are doing well.
Thank U!
Sincerely,
