  • What absolutely horrendous customer service. Stated office hours are an absolute lie, with staff lying on the phone and closing early for no reason whatsoever (other than not caring about infuriating customers). What makes anyone believe this company or its representatives can be trusted if simple business functions like hours of operation can't be trusted or upheld. It is asinine exorbitant filters must be purchased in person in the first place, and misrepresenting office hours, and a blatant disregard for integrity and customer service mean run don't walk from this company and these products and services. Save yourself headaches for years to come.
