rev:text	I called Silverstate due to a problem with one of my refrigerators..... they charged me upfront $ 100... I asked that the tech should call me once he figured out the problem..... no one ever called.... late afternoon I had to call the office to find out what happened.... by than I was charged an other $ 57.... so the total was $ 157.... to figure out that I need a new coil.... which will cost me $ 1,685 to fix..... NO THX! I will buy a brand new unit for $ 2,400..... I will never use this company again!
