I wish I'd read the other reviews before attending so I could have brought some cold packs because many folks posted that the A/C was either not working or wasn't set to actually cool the room when they attended shows at this venue. During the first hour we sat there waiting for the show to begin I asked 3 different staff members if they could make it any cooler because it was so hot. One said she would look into it, one said he wasn't sure what was going on but that the A/C was on (and yet it had to be at least 90 degrees in there), and one said the A/C couldn't cool that much because it was humid outside - come on now, do they think we're all idiots?! I'm really ticked off now that I'm reading how others had the same experience so it's obvious the owners/management simply don't want to spend what it takes to cool the room.
The service was poor and maybe because it appeared there were only 2 waitresses working the entire room. After trying to flag down a waitress for a while we finally
walked up to the bar to get a bottle of wine (can't remember the brand but it was pretty awful), and the "glasses" were the flimsy kind of small plastic ones you that tip over easily and can be found at The Dollar Store for $1 for a pack of 10. Fanning ourselves and wiping sweat off of our foreheads and necks we kept hoping a waitress would come over so we could order some cold drinks - no luck with that and we were so blocked in from other guests it was impossible to get out of our chairs to go to the bar ourselves, plus that would have been rather rude to the performers. Sorry to post a negative review but if I were the owner I would sure want to know what is going on so that I could correct it. Otherwise they will constantly have to find new clientele because they won't attract repeat customers.
