  • I do not recommend working with Lisa. While her product is good the overall customer experience was poor. 1 - Communication. I left a voicemail and sent email and did not hear back for over a week. She said the message went to spam. 2 - Finished product. I ordered extras to be put on top of cake as decor. On the day of the delivery she emailed me to explain the toppers were destroyed. She did not offer any sort of alternative therefore leaving me hanging to resolve myself. She did offer a refund, however, has not processed it and once again I had to write her twice to follow up on the refund. I will choose to support another local business next time.
