  • Leaving this review because of the new person you have working here. I've been bringing my dog here for a wash and brush for over a year. The ladies, including the owner, have always been wonderful! Sweet, kind and they do a great job. Last time, however, when I went to pick up my dog, this new employee (I can only describe her as the only Caucasian person who works there) did not know where my dog was...couldn't recognize him by name or description. He was in the back, but her clueless reaction (sorry...we don't have a shepherd mix named Max here) gave me a momentary heart attack. She had mixed him up with a different dog. Just now I called for an appointment tomorrow and she was rude and completely unhelpful. They're always busy because they do good work, but they always get loyal, repeat customers in. She was completely unwilling to offer a solution beyond..."sorry, we're too busy for you." When I asked to speak to the owner she hung up on me. When I called back she claimed to be all alone in the shop. Riiiiiiiiiight. I want the owner to know what a poor representative of her business this employee is.
